As an analyst in our two year analyst program, dedicated hard working individuals will work on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings and leveraged buyouts. Responsibilities include research and analysis of financial statements, general economic conditions, industry and company specific conditions and trends, and comparable company analysis. In addition, analysts are responsible for internal and client-focused presentations of financial, market and transaction information as well as general client and transaction support. Candidates should display strong quantitative skills and be self-motivated and personable. We recruit on campus every autumn for full time analyst positions starting that summer. A strong academic record from a top-tier institution is required and a background in mathematics, economics or finance is preferred. Strong computer skills, analytical abilities as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
Associates are integral team members who actively handle large amounts of responsibility and manage day-to-day requirements on active client engagements while working directly with senior bankers. A minimum of three years of relevant financial or industry experience and a strong academic record from a top-tier institution are required. An MBA from a top business school or CFA designation is preferred.
